Zayan Accessories & Components – Wholesale

Zayan Accessories & Components operates as a wholesale supplier of computer, mobile, CCTV, networking, solar, and related accessories and components. Orders placed through our website are considered business-to-business (B2B) wholesale transactions.
Please read the following cancellation terms before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Before Order Processing
Wholesale customers may request cancellation before the order has entered processing, packing, procurement, or dispatch.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order and should include the Order ID.
Cancellation is subject to confirmation by Zayan Accessories & Components.
2. Cancellation After Processing
Once an order has entered any of the following stages:
- Procurement or sourcing
- Order processing
- Product allocation
- Packing
- Custom packaging or labeling
- Dispatch preparation
the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
For products specifically procured or arranged based on a wholesale customer’s confirmed order, cancellation may not be accepted once procurement has started.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch.
Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, transport company, or other delivery partner, the order will be treated as a dispatched wholesale order.
Any return or refusal of goods after dispatch will be handled according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy and the specific commercial terms of the order.
4. Bulk and Special Orders
Large-volume orders, special procurement orders, customized products, special pricing orders, or products sourced specifically for a customer may have separate cancellation conditions.
Where applicable, these conditions will be communicated to the wholesale customer before confirmation of the order.
Once the customer confirms such an order, cancellation may not be permitted.
5. Advance Payment / Prepaid Orders
If an eligible cancellation is approved for an order for which payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed after confirmation of the cancellation.
Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method or another suitable payment method agreed upon by both parties.
Bank and payment gateway processing times may affect the time taken for the refund to reach the customer’s account.
6. Orders Cancelled by Zayan Accessories
Zayan Accessories & Components reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Product unavailable or discontinued
- Supplier or procurement failure
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Technical or system errors
- Payment-related issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Delivery or logistics restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Zayan Accessories, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. How to Request Cancellation
Wholesale customers requesting cancellation should contact us with:

Registered Mobile Number:
Registered Email Address:
Reason for Cancellation:
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible because wholesale orders may be processed shortly after confirmation.
8. Cancellation Confirmation
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.
The cancellation will be considered effective only after confirmation from Zayan Accessories & Components.
9. Wholesale Commercial Terms
Wholesale orders may be subject to agreed pricing, minimum order quantities, special procurement arrangements, transportation conditions, and other commercial terms.
Where specific terms have been agreed between Zayan Accessories & Components and the wholesale customer, those terms may apply to the relevant order, subject to applicable law.
10. Policy Updates
Zayan Accessories & Components reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated policy will apply to orders placed after the revised policy is published on our website.
